Sebay Surf Resort & Entertainment Center is ideally located in the heart of Northern Luzon's surfing capital, Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union. Each year, surfers flock to enjoy the 6-7 months of surfing beginning in October and ending in April. Throughout the year, various tournaments and competitions are held right in front of Sebay. The resort also holds various entertainment outlets to satisfy the most discriminating tastes. At the moment, San Juan Billiards, located on the 1st floor of the main complex, hosts billiard tables, dart boards and chess tables to pass time. Weekend nights are also alive with activities to include live DJ's spinning cool house music and live bands playing anything from rock, punk, rap and reggae.
